If you need a more hands-on experience, Advanced Support comes with a dedicated support manager, guaranteed replies within 24 hours, and full coverage of everything from model upgrades to urgent fixes. This level also includes automated monitoring of your system’s performance and scheduled optimizations every two months.

We don’t wait for things to break — we keep an eye on how your assistant is doing and notice when something’s off or could work better.

If you do need help, you can reach us through whatever channel works best, including even from inside the automation assistant. If it’s urgent, it goes directly to someone on our team who can solve it fast.

And when a major update is available (like a model upgrade or performance patch), we’ll let you know and help you roll it out smoothly.
