OUR STANCE ON THE CURRENT SITUATION IN UKRAINE
CXDojo has its headquarters in Redwood City, USA. Yet, it was initially founded in Ukraine, where many of our teammates are based to this day. They are some of the most talented, enthusiastic, and generous people. We are proud to be on the same board with them.
Now, the country of our origin is suffering from Russia’s invasion — illegal, cruel, and devastating. No war can be justified. This is a crime against humanity, freedom, and independence!
We treat it as a personal tragedy since our team is more than just a group of people working together; it is a family where all members stand with each other. No wonder, we stand with Ukraine, the Ukrainian people, and our Ukrainian team.

We take the utmost effort to ease the grave situation that our Ukrainian team faces now.
CXDojo ensures that the team members and their families based in highly affected areas have moved to safer regions of Ukraine or abroad. We are constantly monitoring the situation in Ukraine. And once the growing tension in a particular region is observed, we take immediate action to maintain the safety and well-being of our team.
We provide 24/7 support to our teammates online and over the phone. We stay up to date on each individual case and respond accordingly if any financial or humanitarian assistance is necessary.
